Healing From Trauma: An Integrative Medicine Approach to Recovery

Trauma can have wide spread effects on the body and mind, with particularly damaging effects to our nervous system.

This 6 week class provides a holistic and practical approach to the understanding and treatment of trauma.

This class is suitable for people who have experienced traumatic stress or for health care practitioners and yoga practitioners looking to expand their scope of care.  No yoga experience is required

In its most balanced state, a women’s moon time follows a predictable rhythm reflecting the movement of the moon, occurring with gentleness and ease.

This 6 week class is excellent for women experiencing, PMS, Cramping, Heavy Bleeding and Cycle Irregularities.

Each class includes theory and practice, emphasizing; nutrition, herbs, supplements, lifestyle techniques, and yoga practices for regulating the menstrual system, inviting a reconnection to ourselves and the rhythms of nature.

No previous Yoga Experience is Required.
